Paul Buchheit is a computer engineer and entrepreneur who is best known as the creator of Gmail. He worked at a number of Silicon Valley companies, including Intel and Compaq, before joining Google in 1999. At Google, he played a key role in the development of a number of products, including AdSense and Google's search infrastructure.
